Orthodontic treatment provides the improvement of both chewing function and aesthetics without damaging the teeth by moving the teeth to their correct positions.

What is Transparent Plaque (Invisalign)?
Invisalign is a treatment method consisting of a series of transparent plaques specially produced for use in the treatment applied to correct the crowding in the teeth. Invisalign plaques, which cover all teeth in a transparent way, are used instead of braces in orthodontic treatment to bring the teeth to their ideal positions.
In Invisalign treatment, the plaques are invisible from the outside when they are in the mouth and provide a very aesthetic appearance. Invisalign allows the teeth to be placed in their ideal positions without causing pain and without being noticed by anyone.

How long does Invisalign Clear aligner treatment take?

The duration of treatment varies according to the size of the problem and treatment planning. Generally, orthodontic problems are treated within 1 to 1.5 years on average. This period may continue for a much shorter or slightly longer period depending on the case.

Invisalign Treatment Process
Before starting Invisalign treatment, a detailed preliminary examination is performed. All intraoral photographs and panoramic x-rays are taken. Before starting the orthodontic treatment of the patient, all dental and gingival diseases should be treated. Afterwards, intraoral recordings are taken with the help of 3D intraoral scanners and transferred to the computer environment. After the planning made in the computer environment, suitable plates are produced for the patient. This process can take up to 1-2 weeks. Plates are delivered to the patient. Each plate is used for 15 days and the next plate is passed. Thus, the patient advances the treatment process without having to come for a check-up every month. Plaques should stay on for 20-22 hours during the day. It is removed when consuming hot drinks or eating food. Regular use is important for the good progress of the treatment process.
